The experimental TsReader.ax and dshowhelper projects are separate/unrelated. The reason for suggesting the TsReader update is because there is an issue in the standard version which can result in an incorrect FPS value being parsed out of the stream occasionally (usually it reports 24 fps instead of 25 fps). This can cause MPAR to create stutter/dropped frames etc. Tony
