Good news :) I fixed it! Could not get my head around this one and I have been using media portal for many years and never had such a strange issue. Lately I have had some stability issues on my computer after a BIOS upgrade and this trouble started after a crash. With this in mind I have installed dvblink and dvbviewer and both of them worked fine for free-to-air but never got the CI to work. The same channels did not tune in MEPO. Now I basically deleted the whole tvserver database and reinstalled it. New channel search and settings from scratch, and finally we have a success! Sorry for this mind bender but it seems I somehow corrupted my database but not enough for tvserver to crash. Maybe this info could become a benefit for a future searcher with problems. Now my only problem is that dvblink looked really nice if I can get the CI to work ;) Thanks for the help jsc2013!
