You could remove them from within the sitemanager.

Perhaps a better solution is to not warn about sites that are disabled... I'll see if that works out when enabling such a disabled site

If I stumble on those lists (and see how many sites there are in the onlinevideos.xml) I always wonder how many of them still work...

Still on my list is to remove all non-working sites that I created in the past...
