Support for Analog Conexant CX23881? (1 Viewer)

Tried searching site and forums but. The unsupported hw links in the sticky in this forum are broken.

So, what can I expect with a Hauppauge WinTV Go2 PCI using Conexant CX23881 chipset? It's not on the supported list as far as I can see but can anyone tell me why?

Or do you have any good recommendations for other 3rd party or FOSS s/w that I can use instead of Hauppuages included s**t?

That is a software card. MP is not optimized for software cards, but I think that card is supported.
