Support for CBR (rar comics files) (1 Viewer)

Love Media Portal. I would love it even more to be able to use my 60" HDTV to read comics from my PC.

Standard format is JPG files compressed with RAR or winzip and renamed to .cbr or .cbz. Standalone viewer: http://www.sketchyorigins.com/comics/showthread.php?t=424

Would be very very cool to get this as a plugin for media portal for remote controlled comic reading.

There is already a comic plugin.
Also maybe you could use a Scheduled task and a VBScript or AutoIt script to download and extract them? Then use My Pictures to view them?
Just thoughts...

My Pictures works but it's not really easy to use. Since text often is very small you have to zoom in (even on my 90" screen), zooming seems to load really slowly, anyway it zooms the middle so you have to press up (moves really slow), really annoying). Then you can't press right (skip or forward should go to the next picture already zoomed IMO) to go to the next page since you're in zoom mode (or what is it?), you have to press back and then go back and choose the next picture.
This gets really annoying when you wanna read a whole comic which is like 20-30 pages, I've tried.

Where is that comics plugin that NickName talked about? I couldn't find it anywhere....
I would definitely enjoy reading my CBR comics in mediaportal. Some kind of comics db would be nice too. That would be an awsome piece of software!
