support for PCI-TV7130-PAL TV card (1 Viewer)

Hello every body ,
can anybody tell me if it is possible to make media portal work with
my PCI-TV7130-PAL tv card
it is a very low budget card but it does its job.
manufacturer st-lab(I think)

here are my hardwre and software settings

Video Card: winfast px7300 GS
Video Card Driver: default nvidia
Sound Card: ob
1. TV Card: PCI-TV7130-PAL TV card (by stlab)

1. TV Card Driver: TV AV CAPTURE WDM video captures
MPEG2 Video Audio Codec: klite codec pack
Power Supply: 450W

    First: Please don't *bump* threads.

    Then:
    Googling your card and the info you provide suggests that it is a SW-based card. This will make you Sempron work very hard - and might cause problems. (Recommended CPU for SW-cards is P4 @ 2.8).

    Getting these cars supported in MP is not easy (actually a PITA - yes, I've been there). Also: These cards might never be supported by MediaPortal II (read: might - I actually got no clue).

    SO: My answer is....

    Is it possible: Yes!
    What do I recommend: Buy a Hauppauge PVR-150!

    second - can you tell me how to configure TV portal work with this card or at least where to find that info
