Do you know why TV8 HD and TV10 HD looks a bit blurry? They seem fine in GIMP even with a background.

They haven't been cut properly (same thing on the Viasat website) and the template's glow is being applied to the artefacts. If you lower the threshold of the Fuzzy Select Tool to 0 and click on an empty space you'll see that you can only select small patches, raise it back up and select all of the empty space and cut it to fix the image.

Alright, thanks for the explanation, Jasmeet. It looks better but a little rough around the edges. However I think it might not be a problem on screen Perhaps we'll find a better source in the future.
