why should it? why not use the name exact as DVB name?I thought that "Nat Geo (S_F)" would map with "Nat Geo (S/F)" but perhaps it doesn't
no wildcards please - because any symbol is allowed in DVB specs for channel name.should I just change it to "Nat Geo*"?

just because you haven't type the space before "(S)" and "(S/F)" (so it should be " (S)")?I noticed that you need the <string> </string> or it won't work.
That is why i suggested to put the space sign before (S)I see. It wouldn't match "(S)" since then it would leave a trailing space after every channel name
