Synology NAS + Sky Dish = which USB tuner? (1 Viewer)

as existing threads are a few years old, can anyone recommend a USB tuner to connect a Synology 1512 to my Sky satellite dish to watch and record on tv's, devices around the house connected wirelessly and on powerline?

any pointers on installation / configuration would also be appreciated
