Taskbar not hidden, only while playing videos. (1 Viewer)

I'm running 1.5, under Windows 7, and I have selected to have the taskbar hidden in Mediaportal Configuration. Only while playing videos, I can see the taskbar line at the bottom of the screen. Once I stop the video, the taskbar goes away again. I've been dealing with the problem for a long time, tried a slew of codecs with no impact on this problem at all.

Any ideas?

Having this since 1.5 as well on Windows 7 (x64), didn't change anything on my pc since 1.4 so is this a new bug that was introduced in 1.5?
