All this is begining to make me wonder if theres something up with the way Windows 8 handles BDA drivers. That said there were still two that seemed to work consistantly: CrazyScan[<a href="http://sourceforge.net/p/crazyscan/wiki/]" target="_blank">http://sourceforge.net/p/crazyscan/wiki/]</a> and SmartDVB[<a href="http://www.smartdvb.net]" target="_blank">www.smartdvb.net]</a>.
