Hello As the log file says: [2017-01-21 16:34:55,314] [Log ] [12 ] [DEBUG] - TechnoTrend: CI slot state unknown, allow one retry This can happen because the tuner driver hasn't been given enough time to initialise the CI/CAM, or because the CAM is not compatible with the CI slot. One test for TV Server:

Remove the CAM.
Wait 10 seconds.
Reinsert the CAM.
Wait 1 minute.
Attach ("upload a file") the full TV service log file to your next reply.
...and two additional questions:

What type of CAM are you using? (Please provide all known details - brand, model etc.)
Have you tried to use TT-Viewer or other DVB software?

If yes, does it work?
If no, please try it.

If TT-Viewer doesn't work with the CAM, that means it's a hardware problem (CAM compatibility etc.). In that case MP has no chance of working. You'd have to raise the problem with TechnoTrend support. Remember to fully stop and close TV Server before starting TT-Viewer or other DVB software (and fully close and stop TT-Viewer or other DVB software before starting TV Server).
