HDD: Raid 5 3x250Gb
Memory: 2 GB ram (some cheap brand)
Motherboard: MSI P965 Platinum Socket 775 ATX
Video Card: 8800 GTS
Video Card Driver: offical version 6.14.0011.6909
Sound Card: Realtek HD (on motherboard)
Sound Card AC3: same?
Sound Card Driver: realtek audio version 5.10.000.5319

So im having trouble setting the aspect ratio in my TV to 4:3. My problem looks similar to this post:

but I didn't see a resolution there.
I've tried various decoders and aspect ratio settings. Mostly, I can get the aspect ratio to switch from 16:9 to (what looks like) 2.35:1. However, I want it to be 4:3 since I am using an analog cable signal.
I've tried setting the television MPEG-2 Video Decoder to:
MPV Decoder, DScaler5 Mpeg2 Video Decoder and ffdshow video decoder.
In both Dscaler and ffdshow I set the settings to force 4:3 output.
With each of these decoders I tried the various aspect ratio settings, but as i said, i can only get it to switch for 16:9 to 2.35:1.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
