Terratec Cinergy T2 support (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I know that this card is not supported. I just wondered, if anybody already knows a way to make it work, before I try out what's described in the "Getting your H/W TVCard to be supported, You can help us!" thread.
I can't believe I'm the only one who has this card. I actually bought it for compatibility reasons (low hardware requirements, Linux) and was pretty astonished not to find it in the supported hardware list.

It works for me, no problems. Just install the latest BDA drivers from terratec.

With the BDA driver I could add the card. Thanks a lot!

Unfortunately it still doesn't work after restarting MP. When I klick at "edit" in the capture card configuration, MP says something like "no dvb device found" again.

Any ideas?

The card works with the terratec software.

Could there be a problem with my other card (airstar 2) - I'm using Win XP? I thought there shouldn't be any, as the airstar card uses no BDA driver.
The airstar card still works with MP but miraculously no longer with technisat dvbviewer. Dvbviewer can use it for channelscan but reports "no dvb device available" while trying to watch TV.

Could there be a conflict between MP, dvbviewer and terratec-viewer?

Device manager reports no problems for both cards.

Any help appreciated.
