That button downloads the latest tuning details from our server and should ensure that you've got up-to-date and correct tuning details. Your attempt failed because of incorrect tuning parameters, particularly modulation.</p><p>For DVB-S (QPSK) use "not set".</p><p>For DVB-S2 QPSK use "QPSK" (<strong>not </strong>"QPSK (DVB-S2)").</p><p>For DVB-S2 8 PSK use "8 PSK" (<strong>not </strong>"8 PSK (DVB-S2)").</p><p></p><p>Ideally you'd also set the pilot and roll-off values (DVB-S2 only).
