Yes the tvserver itself supports windows 2003

However most tvcard drivers are windows xp compatible.

In theory they should run  on w2k3 but i doubt if they ever tested it

Secondly microsoft doesnt seem to provide media updates for w2k3

With media updates i mean things like bda fixes, multi tuner fixes etc
