The announcement of Mediaportal 1 gives a few hints about new features in mp.

This feature is probably something that is natural in the future...

For me this is a thing i really miss...

When don't starting TV, only for selecting Playlist and listening or a quick look at the weather forecast.

I think would 3 static buttons (Up, Down, Back) on most pages would help a lot.

Im agree with that... Just playing music, weather forecast and/or rss feed... Like iMon does it, gives me rss feed, weather and a choice of other.. like email, system info, cpu and such...

A feature that would be really great would have something like a kind of System Info, where you get fan speed, temperature and "such" pr. choice...

I have tried it and it works very well. Only the representation could be a little fine-tuning.
