complete color change when I change the basic home botton and the aktiv botton change color

^ yes that looks nice, when the button is selected it changes to a brighter more colourful version. Either full colour or with gold or something like that.

^ yes I like this the best as well big work though, you have to edit the xml. Adding the gold accents is very easy though that camera was less than 5 minutes rush job.
EDIT:
I added some slight gold shadowing around the text, not sure if this is good or not. You could also try gold text for selected item. Not sure if you can add shadowing in the skin engine though... but what you can do is make 4 copies of the text behind the label text with 50% opacity + gold colour. Then have the position of them +1,+0 | +0,+1 | -1,0 | 0,-1 relative to the actual label. That would give you a gold fringe.
