This day could have been a great one.
at work all went well.
then the postman brought me a package and in a matter of minutes, the day was ruined

one week ago i ordered an HD-DVD player at amazon.
and this is what it looked like when it arrived.....





i have been speaking with the amazon support and they have allready send out a replacement from the local stock.
with a bit luck i will get it on friday.... in one piece.

now i have to go and send them the destroyed one back.....

It actually looks like someone has gone to the effort of taking it out of the box, smashing it up with a sledgehammer and then repackaged it.

At least you only have to wait a couple of days for a replacement.

FRIDAY WILL BE A GREAT DAY! Wednesday was never designed to be great.

Almost a similar day here. FloppyDTV -C arrived in the post... unfortunately it doesn't show any signs of life in to different PCs.

HOLY MOTHER!

I ship UPS everyday and I have never seen something that mangled. Looks like it fell off the truck and got run over.

i did not had to try, because you could hear the parts flying around in the case and the HD-DVD drive was smashed too.
