I am trying to jump within the time line when playing video files. I start by pressing: 1234 on my remote control, I see 12:3_ on the screen, so I assume I would jump to 12min and 34 seconds, but the last digit never shows up and there is no jump. This never worked for me, but used to work for Paranoid Delusion and stopped working in 1.0.2 and 1.1.0 alfa - see the following discussions :

I do not think it is a bug.

    It is working hh:mm.
So if you try 1234 on a 13 hour video, it should work.

Try for example 0020 to jump to 20 minutes.

rekenaar: you are right and thank you for the tip!. I couldn't find the description of this feature, so I assumed we enter time in mm:ss format. Wrong assumption. It is in hh:mm format. I just checked and it works for me. So NO BUG for me here, unless Paranoid Delusion can add to that.

Although it is a NO BUG issue, I just realized the confusion comes from the regular time line showing time in mm:ss format although jump function uses hh:mm format. I was wondering if it is possible to use mm:ss format in jump function?

Then you can jump no longer than 99 minutes and 59 seconds ;)

(OK, who would want to jump any longer, but still...)

Agree. How about mmm:00 (seconds are always zeros)? I just like consistency. Or MP could automatically add characters "h" and "m" as you type, so it looks like that:

    01h:25m
