timebar reset to beginning (1 Viewer)

hey people

i have a strange problem, i use the 0.2.3 and last SVN
when movie is played, the skip step works only from the beginnig of the movie,
i can't skip forward or backward in the middle of the video, when i try it calculate the step from 0:00.
i can attach a log, but does anyone know how to fix this?
or maybe where the timebar configuration is located?

Are you using enhanced video renderer (EVR) by any chance, under MPconfig\Filters.

If not go back to revision 18080 3\19

i'll check the EVR and try your suggestion about the revision.
if it still fails, i'll attach the debug logs.
