I have a few questions that have been bothering me lately. Before I start on them, I must say mp is a great product!
System is a P4 3.0 GHz, AGP8x ATI X1600 HDMI, 1GB RAM, 32GB IDE PATA HDD. I have a DVB-C FlopptDTV card with a Conax CAM for Canal Digital in Norway, newest bda drivers and the new beta firmware. These issues I have had on my newly installed setup on 0.2.2.0 and I am now currently using SVN from 29th of January.
1. Timeshifting, when it is enabled channel changing is jerky and slow, sometimes I get stuck with a still frame from the last channel I was watching. Remedy is change channel again, or switch off timeshift. I would love to have timeshift on at all times, but this seems not to work for me, is this a known issue?
2. Channel deleted, I accidentally deleted a channel when sorting the channel order. This channel is now totally gone, re-scan does not work, and I cannot find it in the channel list from setup. What happened? I try to scan with and without pid filtering (I read about that somewhere) but no help to be found. Must I delete the channel list and scan all over again?
3. Audio delay, I have a plasma display that has 30-40ms video delay compared to audio. I read somewhere that I could set an audio delay from the menu when watching tv. I cannot find this option, what is the keyboard shortcut for this? I have a imon remote so i can program whatever function into it, but I cannot find a complete keyboard to mediaportal guide.
