Timeshift switches on automatically when I record. (1 Viewer)

I'm new to media portal and think it's a really great product. As far as I know I've got all the latest drivers & SVN build etc and all seems to be working Ok. However, I've switched off the timeshift function because it causes my system to stutter, but occasionally whenever I record a tv program through the EPG or manual record, the timeshift function activates itself so I can never guarantee that my recordings are going to be Ok.

I'm one of the many Wales fans supporting England in the world cup and since I'm working tomorrow, I hope to record the match via media portal. I would hate to miss the match.

The timeshift function is always on during recordings, you dont have a choice in that department. If you leave the 'tv on' in mytv while its recording, it will most likely be left on afterwards though.
