timeshift to memory (1 Viewer)

    Good point. But what when you are watching live-tv? May the solution is to start timeshift to a file only when the user pause the tv. I see that the tvserver timeshift-files on my computer are ~250MB big when watching a H.264 HD channel.
    tv-server creates several smaller ts-files when watching one show/movie not only one.

    TV Engine3 supports different folders for timeshifting and recordings.

    Could it be, that the TV Engine3 is not able to write to network-drives?
    I tried to choose my Network-Raid5 as timeshift and record folder but the TV Engine is not writing to this drive (and yes, the permissions are right. I also tried when the service is running under admin right.)

    Any ideas?
