Timeshifting problems (1 Viewer)

Hi I have gone from a rock soild MP install many many months ago, To have TV crash after 10sec of playing. I have made no changes or updates so is a real head scracher, If anyone can guide me in the steps of debuging please don't hesitate.

So when you say crash, are you talking a TV Server crash or an MP crash. Some timing information would help here.

After some more testing nothing crashes, I can still exit, stop, pause. But what I can't do is watch a moving picture. When I first start the TV it runs for 5sec and just freezes, also when selecting a new channel. Timing info you will need to explain what you are talking about?

OK I found the problem

MYSky decoder had a hissy fit and I had to unplug and restart it. Then my HTPC went back online, Its not the first time i've had trouble with sky messing with my HTPC. I cannot tune the HTPC while the cables are split and sky is connented.

So if anyone else has a setup like this disconnet sky before trouble shooting
