Here is my setup: Server PC: tvserver + client with configured power scheduler (standby time is 5 mins) On server PC is running the waitkillmp.bat and waitstartmp.bat (attached, delete the txt from the file name at the end) You have to download the kill.exe and the waitfor.exe from MS resource kit and put these in the same directory with batches. (http://www.petri.co.il/download_free_reskit_tools.htm) Client PC: On the client PC you have to make three tasks under my programs plugin. A sendstartmp, a sendkillmp and a wol. (find the attached batches + download the wol.exe (http://www.gammadyne.com/cmdline.htm#wol)) How it works? On the server PC the two waitfor batches are running (for exmple make a link into the start menu -> programs -> start up folder) and wait the signal from the client PC. If you want to watch the TV from server you have to wake it up with the wol.exe. If the server is running you have to send a killmp signal to kill the MP on the server PC. After you have finished watching the TV on client PC you have to send a startmp signal to the server. The server will go the sleep if local MP is idle for 5 mins.
