My Titan Extend is still on 1.3.0.209 and doesn't seem to want to auto update. Clicking update all on the left menu in extensions doesn't update it either. Is there a way to force update? When MP 1.3B installed it didn't actually install the extensions plugin, I had to manually install extensions using the mediaportal extensions installer.

Download the package in the first post of this thread, start MediaPortal and install that update. Happened to me too.

Mine is on 1.3.0.206 and also no update available. I download the recent version at the moment and install it manually...

Edit, Version I've downloaded some seconds ago is shown as 1.3.0.215 also first post tells something about 1.3.0.226

I just did an update no problem, wonder what's going on, without logs no one is going to find out

Yes the only way I could get to update was to close MP, load MPEI, click refresh update info. I then installed titan extend update via MPEI, however when I loaded MP it was still on 1.3.209, however it did show an update available in the MP GUI, so I updated for a 2nd time, and this time it updated to 1.3.0.215 (which is still not the latest version).
