Pulse-Hex - Theme for Titan

Overview
Pulse-Hex is a theme for Titan which introduces a number of visual enhancements to the Titan skin and two alternative colour schemes.

The skin incorporates a number of visual enhancements and features including...

• User configurable pulsating and colour changing button highlights
• Optional background animation
• Optional panel behind the BasicHome buttons (to separate them from the background)
• Optional and configurable 'Latest recorded TV' overlay
• Support for Rockstar and MPSteam on the BasicHome screens

Update 17/12/13 - Version 2.0.0

Major rework to include full support for Clear Art, Clear Logos and CD/Disc Art (You can download these by using MePoTools) - With an optional background panel and Clear Art/Logos on the 'Filmstrip' view for TV Series, Moving Picture and MyVideos

New darker 'now playing' overlay (the small bar top centre of the screen when you go back to the menu when you have a video/music playing)

You can also reveal the Fanart on the Rockstar and MyVideos plugins. Simply press 'left' on the details of a movie or the Rockstar screen and the details panel will disappear to reveal the fanart.

There is also an updated patch to replace the Radio Button with HyperSpin for anyone using this.

Plus a variety of tweaks to visual items/settings screens

Note : The bottom right button on the 2nd BasicHome screen can display MPSteam, Weather or Extensions plug-ins. It will prioritise them in that order (i.e. MPSteam will always be displayed if it is enabled, if not then Weather takes priority and if that is not enabled then it will use Extensions. It will also show a dummy button if none of them is enabled)
Installation instructions

• Download the Pulse-Hex Aqua / Pulse-Hex Cherry / Pulse-Hex Dark Cherry zip files from below.
• In the zip file is a directory called 'Pulse-Hex Aqua', 'Pulse8 Cherry' or 'Pulse8 Dark Cherry', this needs to be extracted to C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\skin\Titan\Themes\ (note: do not install it in the skin directory directly, this is a Theme for Titan, not a full skin and thus you inherit support for any plug-in that supports Titan when using this skin)
• If you are updating from a previous version of Pulse-Hex then please delete the C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\cache\titan directory. This will cause MePo to re-cache the image files on the next start-up and ensure that any updated images are pulled in properly

Could you please Stop making all those awesome Skin Themes?????

Is there a way to set the "onload" Focus to TV instead Music? So that the TV Button is active and the "Latest added" is shown.

Thanks for the compliment.

Actually it is dead easy to do and actually something I should have done when I moved the TV button to the top left. I did this for the Pulse8 themes, but completely forgot on the Pulse-Hex ones.

So 2 options......
1) edit a single line
Go to the skin directory and edit the 'BasicHome.xml' file (in notepad, by default windows will open it in IE, just right click and select open with, then notepad). The 4th line says....
<defaultcontrol>4</defaultcontrol>

change it to
<defaultcontrol>2</defaultcontrol>
then save it and presto it will now default to the TV button.

2) If the above is not something you are comfortable with, then tell me which colour version you are using and I'll send you an updated XML document for you save into the skin directory
