Topbar disappears when starting a video in My Videos. (1 Viewer)

And when will this version going to be released? Its really really annoying, isn't any workarounds for this?
Are you guys having problems viewing the bottom bar (think its called Fullscreen OSD??) with all options like Video, Music, Subs etc.. ? Because this isnt working for me neither...

Check out the Black and White 1080 skin. It has popup controls in fullscreen TV and video.
But I am still looking forward to the new version, for a consistent look of the popup!
