    Hi,
I am trying to setup a touch screen 15" only client - so no remote control ...
I have been looking for a skin for this setup but all seem to have some scrolling menus (either on home screen or in i.e. TV guide etc.).
I have not been able to find any suitable skin so far.
Does anybody use something similar and can sugget a skin or maybe I have overlooked some setup options.

    Thanks

Can't you just scroll on your touchscreen? There are skins such as Monochrome where you can set up the menu-system the way you want it yourself with big icons, but for TV-channels, movies, TV-series and music you will still have to scroll if you have enough of them.

I have no problem scrolling up and down on my WindTop.

    Hi,
well, everytime I get the scrolling menus they just keep scrolling up and it is hard to stop them at the right option...???
Is there something I need to set somewhere else? I am totally new to a touchscreen - I tried some touchscreen options where the click is either on touch or release (not quite what they are called again...) but that didn't make it any easier..
I am using a Faytech screen.
What options have you selected for the touchscreen and what in the skin (touchscreen relevant)... I'll try to choose similar and see if that helps.

    Thanks for you help!

I don't think I've made any specific settings for my touchscreen computer, and I use the standard B3W-skin. To scroll I press down and hold and then just move my finger up and down. But this is a Windows7-computer so it might be that MSI has put in some extra support for the Windows 7 multitouch in their hardware.

    AW: Touch screen skin

This is really a good question - I've an eee PC Touch with only one screen. As I understand from MPTouch plugin it's only for a second screen, but not for the primary.
Without such a plugin/skin how would you control volume i.e.?

I have been looking for this kind of skin for a while now, and it doesn't seems like it exists.

I have been playing with the idea of MP as media software for my car-pc, but as long all skins have these scroll list without scroll up and down button on the site, its imposible for use in a car. To many bumps in the road ;-)

MP is build based on plugins which makes it so easy to use it in the car.. It only needs a navigation plugin!!

Example on a easy to go skin for touchscreen:

If a skinner see this post and want to create a touchscreen friendly skin, and needs a person to talk with and test it, you can send me a mail, and I will be at your site all the way :)

catavolt - your skin is great.. for my TV, but for a car with an 8" screen its to hard to navigate/shifting track and so on, while driving.. Try to look at the screenshot i attached in my other post, and se how big the buttons are :)

But your skin is now activated in the living room ;-)
