Okay, good. (y) Yes, that's the one you want. (y) Really? That's strange. I would have expected you to be seeing something like this: http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/@api/deki/files/295/=14_tv3blaster_ExternalChannelChanging.png?size=webview ...and there's definitely no "run program" option there. :S Which version of IRSS are you using? You shouldn't have to care about this. In Input Service Configuration (AKA IRSS Configuration), you should have enabled "USB-UIRT" in the "transmit" column (and the "receive" column, if you also intend to use the receiver for your remote control) and configured the additional parameters. That is exactly as you would have done for your WMC setup. The difference with a MediaPortal setup is that the TV3 Blaster Plugin can communicate directly with the IRSS service. Therefore there's no need to configure a program to run, or to care about whether digits have to be sent separately. IRSS itself takes care of all the details. Normally with the TV3 Blaster plugin you just select your set top box vendor/model (or learn the commands) and configure each command with the correct blaster port. In other words: what you're seeing is not what I would expect if you had installed the latest version of IRSS (which you should do, unless you have good reason not to). Again, as above: a MediaPortal setup should not require executing IRBlast or any other program. Your command line parameters ("-port...") should be configured/entered via the TV3 Blaster interface. In other words:

after you've selected your STB and clicked set (or learned the commands, and mapped each command in the "commands" list), configure each command to be sent to port 2
configure "wait between digits" as "150"
configure "channel digits" as "3 digits"
