Hi, Because ZoomPlayer and MPC are using own codecs for the playback of MOV files, while WMP/MP should use the Quicktime Alternative DirectShow filter. Since the MOV files do not play in WMP, I think somethink went wrong with the installation of Quicktime Alternative. Try reinstalling it, what version did you install? Also it is never ever good to install codec-packs. Why do you use k-light and ffdshow? One thing should be enough (I would recommend ffdshow). HTH, Flip.
