Okay, I think I am missing something basic. After messing with some of this with the old equipment I have, how many different types of TV tuners are there?
There seem to be analog tuners, digital tuners, and HT tuners (ATSC, QAM, DVB). Apparently MediaPortal is only going to support the digital ones, is that true? I just want a tuner that works like a TV
What should I get if I want to plug in my cable (non-digital) and potentially my satellite receiver and maybe an OTA HD antenna? Am I going to need 2 or 3 tuner cards? I thought I understood this, but apparently I am clueless. Any direction on where to look?
