Message: <blockquote data-quote="DreadFury" data-source="post: 659978" data-attributes="member: 96011">You can use any kind of mapping software to map key presses to the remote.if you are just using the internal MP plugin for remote access, then it uses internal calls and there is no actual input sent for windows to recognize.I use IRSS and mapped a keypress (the % symbol) to my green button, that way when I hit the green button it actually sends an input (as well as the green button home command) and this wakes up the screen.also, I used to hit the live TV button before that, as running video would also wake up the screen.</blockquote>
