turning panasonic tv on? (1 Viewer)

Has anyone managed to blast command to the panasonic plasma tv to turn it on?
I tried learning ir command but no luck, the problem is probably in the remote because you have to hold the power button some two-three seconds for the plasma to turn on..
I tried searching the forums and found some similar threads but no luck finding a solution.
When I blast learned command, tv's ir led doesnt even flicker..
btw, i get two maybe three blasts before blasting stops working, the I have to stop and start IR service again..

Hi akiaki.
I have a panasonic too, It used to work but since irserversuit i have to use my usbuirt to switch the tv on, with an external app.

The problem is that the ir command has to be sent repeatedly, and the ir server doesn't support this at the moment.
I hope Aaron come back and resolve this, (a month without activity in the forums).

Have you tried setting some of the time values that can be increased, I think you can tell the plugin how long a blast should last...I've never changed any of the times pesonally but I think you can tweak it if needed....

I really want to turn everything on with one button and this tv is the only thing stopping me from doing so

I think the only timing and repeating options are in the input service configuration and they are only for receiving, not for blasting.
