TV Card / Remote Control (1 Viewer)

I am in Australia and love Media Portal. I am about to buy a TV turner card, does anyone have any idea of the a card that I can buy in Aust that works with media portal.

Also will remote controls that come with tv cards work with media portal or what kind of remote do I need?

I got a Leadtek Winfast 2000H, and neither the card or the remote worked with Portal.

Any help would be great?

I have a Hauppauge PVR-150 with included 45-button remote and it works perfectly with MP.
I'm sure you can get it in OZ.

Hmmm, yeah I got try that one, but I was hoping for a cheaper option cause that one is expensive... oh well

You can use any leadtek remotes with MP.

The Leadtek one didnt work. When Media Portal tryied to scan for channels Portal crashed.... The Leadtek card did work with its own software thou

I am useing two leadtek pvr2000 tv cards...

I purchased 2 usb dognel adpaters for dbv-t. They work fine on mp and tv server. Digital tv is recomended unless you have pay tv.
