TV Card with 880g Chipset / HD4250 onboard (1 Viewer)

Hi!

I'm having some problems with my DVB-S2 TV-Card Tevii S470, it stutters quite a lot when watching TV and I tried nearly everything except changing the TV-Card.
So das someone have a similar system (880G Chipset with Onboard Grafic HD4250) with a DVB-S2 Card running without problems? I really don't know which card I should try now.

Now I recognized that it stutters EVERY 62-63seconds for 2 oder 3 seconds. I tried the DVBViewer but that doesn't work either, but I could see that in the time where Audio and VIdeo begins to stutter 100 to 200 pakets get lost.
Some ideas what I could try now? Signalstrength and quality is good and doesn't vary while stuttering. I disabled the indexing of Win7 and configured the energyoptions to High Performance and disabled Cool'n'Quite...
