TV EPG Grabber & XMLTV (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I'm running MP 1.0 RC1 and TVServer 1.0 RC1.

Does anyone out there know if it is possible to run both the inbuilt TV EPG Grabber and the XMLTV plugin at the same time?

I can get both to work individually, but I have not been able to get them working together:

i.e., have the TV EPG Grabber build epg data from the dvb stream for some channels, and have the rest of the channels getting their epg data from the tvguide.xml file using the XMLTV plugin.

The reason I am trying to do this is because I can get 5 to 7 days of epg data using the XMLTV plugin and xlm file from web (as opposed to between 0.5hrs to 2 days of data from the dvb stream), but unfortunately there are a few channels where epg data is just not available online (using xmltvdownload and oztivo).

Any help appricatiated.

I'll answer my own question, and the answer is yes, you can have both operational at the same time.
Didn't notice it the first time around because epg grabber sometimes stops working for me and i need to stop and start the tv server service.
Anyway, about to try RC2.
