TV program in MP 1.3.0.0. on client do not change or show program list (1 Viewer)

I have DVB IP program, and MP TV server working fine. I have about 50 program listed on TV server. On client PC, I have MP 1.3.0.0. and show me TV program when I switch TV. But when i want to change program, MP does not show program list (like MP 1.2.0.0.), just frezze the TV picture but sound is stil working. I think there is a bug. On MP 1.2.0.0. works this OK, in this version 1.3.0.0. not. What is wrong?

There is log files. On my client side MP, tv work is I turn on TV, but I can not change the channel when I pressed enter key. Picture then frozen, but the sound still work. Where is the problem, that the change ip tv channle station dont work?
