TV Recording start from timeshift (1 Viewer)

Hi, This is the secnario: I start watching a TV show and decide some minutes later to record it. I go to "record current program" but the program is only recorded from the time I select record, not from the beginning of the show, despite that the beginning of the program is available in memory (timeshift). Is this correct ? Is there a solution ?

Ah, OK thanks, Looks like it is a "design feature" to not include the timeshift in a recording. I may give Azzuros' version a try.

Oh really?!? Didn't know that... TNX for the heads-up.
But doesn't that option not work then??

It works but create wrong files. That is why I reworked it but I made it too late and the TVE3 went to code freeze.

So we have had another function broken then.
Job well done i would say need to give that a try when i have some time.
