Hi all,

Im pretty new to this and this is also my first post. But i have a problem with the date position on the Monochrome skin and TV-Series plugin. Versions...

Monochrome: v2.4 (RELEASE DATE: 4th December 2008)(Monochrome_v2.4.rar)
TV Series: v2.0.3296 (MP-TVSeries-2.0.rar)

Basically no matter what TV Series skin i use (default, info panel, no info, fan art) the episode date is always displayed over the episode title. I think i have correctly attached an image to show you.

Not really sure where i have gone wrong but if anyone can help out that would be awesome and APPRECHIATED!!!

Thanks all,
D.

That happens after you installed/used StreamedMP skin - this changes your settings of the TVseriesplugin. Try to reimport the monochrome formattingrules or use the xmls provides by damien for monochrome (only works with latest tv-seriesplug, that you use)...

Nice one thanks for that. Hit the nail right on the head. I now have another issue though. First off to correct my above problem i did this...

    1. Uninstalled SteamedMP.
    2. Deleted monochrome cache folder in "ProgramData".
    3. Installed the latest TV-Series v2.0 plugin from this forum.
    4. Applied the format and logo rules.
    5. Deleted my old TV-Series database file (had to do this because the old db file crashed the config load)

Now when i launch TV-Series in the skin its working perfectly. Except the episode images are not coming through. This was working automatically for me before so not sure what it is. My TV episodes are getting proper lookups, images working (and fan art), episode descriptions ok. All perfect bar the episode image. Example of what i mean attached.

Not sure if i missed something? Thanks again.

PS - This media portal and monochrome skin is the fracking dogs b*****. I love it. :)

not really an idea - did you configure the plugin to download the episodeimages? It can be unticked if I remember right ...

Hi... I'm curious what you guys meant by "reimport the monochrome formattingrules" and applied the format and logo rules. I'm a bit unsure how to do that.

jamest26, if you go to mediaportal configuration -> plugins -> mp tvseries -> config -> mediaportal display control -> and then scroll down to the "Logo Configuration" and "Output Format Rules". and just import... on both of them . should be a file in the monochrome skin folder

Yeh you nailed it there. My mistake, the first time i have seen any of this i used SteamedMP. In that this option was enabled by default - so i wasnt even aware it was a default!.

    Ticked, and working.

    Thanks again.
