NAT (Netword Address Translation) works by translating your external IP to your internal IP:
82.165.124.14 | 192.168.1.10
(External | Internal)
You'll need to connect to your Internal IP address (start >> cmd >> ipconfig >> IPv4 address) if you are on your local network, the external one if you are not.
Most routers have a loopback protection to stop you accessing your external IP from inside your network. That's why it doesn't work.
You need to assign a static IP to your streaming server (the PC you are streaming from) and then forward the ports, according to this guide (it's for Azureus, but simply use the ports mentioned above instead). http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/ZyXEL/P-2602H-D1A/Azureus.htm
Be aware, several people have tried to get this working and many have had issues - you also need to make sure your ISP allows the ports out too - to test simply use the Shields Up website to see if your ports are open.
