Digital TV is slowly expanding, we have only one IPTV provider, Terrestrial is still in experimental phase, and the cable TV provider mentioned above does offer digital TV, but they use NDS protection and you have to use their STB, and smart card to watch it. So if you have a DVB-C PCI card or a DVB-C tuner in your TV it's pretty much worthless.
