TV-Server Configuration (2 Viewers)

Help!

I have just installed MP2 for Client and Server on a Windows 8.1 PC. There is no shortcut set up for the MP2-Server so I can't find the TV-Server Configuration tool. If I try to run MP2-Sever.exe I get:


I have uninstalled and re-installed MP2 with the same result.
MP2 Service Monitor shows one client connected to the server so the server is obviously running.

Was hoping for a smooth replacement of Windows Media Center but it seems not to be.

Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

Was hoping for a smooth replacement of Windows Media Center but it seems not to be.

If you're after a WMC replacement then I'd go with MP1. MP2 is a work in progress. The TV support in particular is not up to the standard of MP1.

Note, you can install both MP1 and MP2 on the same PC successfully, so you can compare and decide for yourself.
