TV Server connection on MP startup + additional tweak (1 Viewer)

Could TV Client be configured to start up TV Server connection when MP starts? Could be an option on setup?

Currently it takes about 5 secs everytime I choose MyTV from Main Menu ( unless TV is already running ). Getting most of that delay to startup of MP would be far more better for me (and most people who use TV on MP).

Or is this routine already as optimized as it gets? On gemx's tvclient I get to stream channels right away after TV Server connection is made and I'd expect same thing to happen with MP TV Client.

One other request too:
I've started using XFace and I love the ability to jump directly to epg or recordings from spinning menu. I also really like starting MyTV directly fullscreen and that when I select just TV, it automatically starts last channel.

Now if I keep Turn on TV and fullscreen options selected and want just watch recording, see EPG and schedule recording, it turns on TV there too and that causes additional delays for nothing. Also if I want to see recording, it starts to stream tv while I'm looking through recorded TV-list and when I select recorded program I think it leaves TV streaming on background? After stopping recording it starts TV again and there one more delay I don't really need.

So could that Turn on TV-check be isolated from directly displaying EPG, using scheduling or from Recorded programs -list? IMHO it shouldn't turn on tv automatically unless I select MyTV directly from menu (which would mean I want to watch TV). When watching recordings I don't want this to happen.

I see a problem beneath this request and it's that when I go back from EPG or Recorded programs it goes to MyTV homescreen. You probably guessed my additional request for this too I've love if it would jump back to previous menu used when selecting Back. It's not really intuitive to select module and when you want to go back, you go to whole another place instead of the place you were in the beginning. On BlueTwo you really don't have this problem as you can't navigate directly to EPG or recordings from main menu but on other skins allowing this it will happen.

So additional check would also be needed whether to go main menu or mytv home from EPG or recorded shows.

r u sing singleseat as this is a lot faster than multiseat regarding intital and ongoing channel change speeds?
have u tried to start up a recording on some random channel. then close MP. restart MP, go to this channel directly - then its a lot faster, right ? since the tvserver is already locked on to that specific channel.

The "autostart TV" feature should only be obeyed from the tvhome section/fullscreen.
It should be ignored in the various sub sections of mytv as myrecordings etc.

I'll include this fix.

I'm using singleseat. But what I'm trying to say is that MyTV startup is always a bit slow on my comp and I suspect it's because MP tries initialise some database links to TV Server there which I suppose could be done when MP is started. Or is that time really gone for building graphs? Now I atleast know I should have checked my logs for this before posting I suppose there is some link to TV Server at MP startup as MP is supposed to know if I'm recording without entering myTV. As I really have no idea how client plugin is coded I'm just guessing here.

Changing channels to other muxes while recording other isn't particularly slow and there my secondary tuner isn't already locked on any channel so it's not that. And from other computer I can start streaming rapidly (within a 1-2 secs) nonlocked cards/channels using gemx's tvclient which again overrules the theory about tuner already locked to frequency taking all that time. The delay is not really that bad anymore, just like 5 secs so it's not big issue. But it comes more annoying as when combined with that other issue I told. I'll do more testing and timing and get back with results.
