TV-Server/Freesat - ITV HD Missing (1 Viewer)

Afternoon

I have just done a rescan of Freesat Channels in TV Server Config and see that ITV HD has disappeared.

I know they changed the frequency recently, but does anyone know if it's completely gone?

If not, how can I get it back.

Try a rescan with the region drop down set to "All Regions". I had problems finding channels after the big retune in 2012 with channels not being found; it will take longer to complete but you should see all available channels.

I'm not at my computer right now and http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_MEDIAPORTAL_1/13_Setup_Guides/2_TV_Setup/1_Server_Setup doesn't have a screenshot but from memory the first drop down is for the country and the second is for the region, then there's some check boxes for setting up a digital terrestrial group and then finally the Scan button

Sounds like Dan is talking about satellite (Freesat) while MrTechno is talking about DVB-T/T2.

Dan, if you are receiving via satellite, make sure you click "update satellite list" before scanning to download up-to-date satellite transponder lists.
