Configuration:
PC: Acer ASPIRE M7811
OS: Windows 7
GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX480
TV Card: Mystique SaTiX-S2 V3 CI Dual, 2 x DVB-S2
2 x LNBs 13.0E Hotbird & 19.2E Astra

    Hi SpeedKing

Make sure you click "update satellite list" before you scan. If you're using a DVB-S2 tuner then also enable scanning/viewing of DVB-S2 channels.

I had followed the instructions in the Wiki and so the "update satellite list" was done and the DVB-S2 tuner boxed checked before each scan. Unfortunately that doesn't help.

Here we go. The first log documents the scanning of the LNB for Astra, the second one also Hotbird in parallel.

    Hi SpeedKing

The logs show that you are using "pause card" for "when card enters idle state..." and the "DVBS" option for "preferred network provider". Did you change those settings, and if so why? When you read the comments in the wiki -->here<-- you'll see that we recommend "stop card" and the "generic" network provider for Windows 7. It is best not to change those settings unless you really need to.

    Hi again

Sorry I've been away for a few days. Can you please give a specific example of channels that you're missing. Also, why are you using "circular" as the "band" setting? I would have thought you need to use "Ku-Linear (Universal)".

Hi mm, the band setting change was done by mistake, now back to default "Ku-Linear (Universal)". With that I produced another log, see attachment.

The channel missing are basically all German private TV channels, e.g. Kabel, Sat1, Pro7, Vox, RTL, RTL2, Das Vierte, ...

Thanks for not giving up on me. SpeedKing

    Hi SpeedKing

The channels that you want are all on Astra (19.2e). When you scan that satellite you are finding channels from Hotbird (13e). The reason for this is that you haven't entered any switch (DiSEqC) settings so your switch and tuners are always stuck on Hotbird. What kind of switch do you have (how many LNB inputs does it have) and which inputs are connected to the Astra and Hotbird LNBs?
