TV Server Not Starting (1 Viewer)

Hi All,

I seem to have a major issue which has happened out of the blue where I have made no changes to my system.

TV Server does not seem to start and comes up with an "exception" error. Eventually after a while I can get into the configuration, but the TV will not preview.

I have tried re-installing MP V 1.1.2, but the error remains.

I have attached TV Server log files.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Looks like a DB error:

Gentle.Common.GentleException: show columns from `program` ---> MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlException: Table '.\mptvdb\program' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

Take a look at the advice here...

Unfortunately this did not resolve my issue, so i'm now doing a full re-install of MP and MySQL.

Will let you know how it goes.

Well, you were right - it was a corupt database.

After deleting MySQL and re-installing with MP V 1.1.0.2, I got the same error, but after running the code AND THEN RE-BOOTING everything came right.

I suspect all that you needed to do was restart the TV Server service. I'll remember that for next time I see this issue.
