TV server not working when no internet connection (1 Viewer)

Earlier this year I had an issues that when the internet is no longer on (i.e. no local network) for some reason TV server no longer works, and someone provided me with the solution (i.e. create another IP address bound to the network card). Now that I am on V1.1.0.0 I don't know if it is an issue with this version, and given that I had to uninstall previous version completely I have lost this settings. If someone could please post me the link to this solution, that would be great, as the forums only shows the oldest being Sept when I logged it back in April this year.

underthecovers - Are you in a single seat environment or multiseat?
I have a similar problem logged elsewhare on this forum where my tvserver can still show tv but the clients stop working when the internet connection fails even though they are all still able to connect to each other via IP over the internal Ethernet.
