TV Server scan no find hungarian chanels via DVB-C (1 Viewer)

I tried to scan tv programs via DVB-C but my country (Hungary) is not in the list. So I wrote some technical data for DIGI TV (my cable company) and my problem is the following: the symbol rate 27500 but it has 4 digits field so i cant write in therefore dont find any tv channels.

Please help!
